Understanding billing and workspace automation limits

Check your live plan and billing screen before planning a new automation, and learn to tell a plan limit apart from an exchange connection problem.

Updated

Before planning a new automation routine, understand the account context it will run in. Your current plan and the options shown by Coinomatic are the starting point for that decision.

Read the current plan in the application

Plan and billing shows current plan information, available plan options and billing history. Use these live values when reviewing an upgrade. Do not carry an old price or a limit from another workspace into your decision.

Connect a feature to its eligibility

The creation flow identifies 24/7 Monitoring as a paid-plan feature. If an option is unavailable, inspect the plan context and the relevant product message before treating it as a connection failure.

Review before changing the plan

Open the upgrade flow when you intend to consider a change and read the details it presents. Keep billing profile information accurate through Account settings, and use Billing history for the records available to your account.

Diagnose the right problem

A billing-related action and an exchange verification failure are different signals. Follow the screen associated with the message rather than repeatedly editing the automation.

Your next step

Review the Knowledge Base billing guide alongside the live account screen. For anything unclear, send support the visible message without including payment credentials.
