A useful automation begins with a sentence you can explain: when this happens, apply this rule, within these limits. Coinomatic helps turn that sentence into settings you can review instead of a repetitive task you have to remember.
Start with the job
Decide whether your routine follows a timetable or responds to newly detected funds. Scheduled and monitoring modes address different triggers. Choosing the trigger first makes the remaining decisions easier to understand.
Define the amount
A percentage of available balance and a fixed amount express different intentions. In a scheduled percentage rule, the calculation happens against the available balance at execution time. Review any cap and minimum balance to keep rather than assuming the amount will be identical each time.
Give the rule boundaries
Review the end condition and any supported withdrawal step. A conversion and a withdrawal are separate operations, and an exchange's available balance, fees and minimums still matter. Automation applies instructions; it does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Make it observable
After saving, check the automation state. Use Logs for the event trail and Transactions for recorded results. A routine becomes easier to trust when you know where to check what happened.
