Questions and answers

Coinomatic frequently asked questions

These answers describe the current Coinomatic early-access product. Features not explicitly listed as available should not be assumed.

Is Coinomatic a trading bot?

No. Coinomatic does not predict prices, make decisions or optimize returns. It executes the explicit rules you define.

Which exchanges are supported?

Kraken is currently supported during early access. Additional exchanges are planned but are not yet represented as available.

Does Coinomatic connect to my bank?

No. Bank withdrawals are executed by your exchange to a destination you already configured there. Coinomatic only triggers that exchange-side action according to your rule.

Does Coinomatic hold funds?

No. Coinomatic does not operate a customer wallet, receive private wallet keys or pool customer funds. Assets remain in your exchange account until your exchange moves them.

What happens when a run fails?

Failures are logged with a reason, a notification is sent and the automation enters a safe state. Failed and skipped runs remain visible.

Can a rule be changed or paused?

Yes. Rules can be paused, edited or disabled. Future runs use the latest saved configuration.

How does the free trial work?

The trial lasts 30 days, includes one active automation and requires no credit card. A paid plan is required to continue afterwards.

What is the refund policy?

The first payment has a seven-day refund window if no automation has executed. Afterwards, a canceled plan continues to the end of its billing period.
