A useful automation list makes your routine understandable at a glance. Give each rule a recognizable name, then use its saved mode and current state to decide what needs attention.
Review your list
- Open Automations from the workspace navigation.
- Locate the rule by its name and review the information shown on its card.
- Check whether it is scheduled or monitoring and read its current state.
- Open the available actions when you need to edit, pause, resume or delete it.
Compare intention with configuration
A name describes what you intended; the saved configuration determines what the automation does. When two rules look similar, inspect their settings before changing either one.
When an action is unavailable
Available actions depend on the automation state and account context. A billing action or a paused state should be investigated through the corresponding screen rather than worked around by creating another rule.
Your next step
For an unexpected execution, collect the automation identifier and inspect its Logs and Transactions. This keeps troubleshooting connected to the exact rule.
