Open Support in the app, describe what you expected and what happened, and include identifiers and error text, never passwords or API keys.

Good support starts with a clear description of what you expected and what happened. Coinomatic includes an in-app support conversation for questions about your automations.

Start a conversation

  1. Sign in and open Support from the navigation.
  2. Write a short description in the message composer.
  3. Include the relevant automation identifier, approximate time and visible error message when applicable.
  4. Send the message and review the conversation for the response or next step.

Make the question actionable

For an execution issue, explain the intended rule and the result you observed. For a connection issue, name the failed verification check. For a billing question, describe the visible plan or billing state.

What to leave out

Never send passwords, API keys, private keys, authentication codes or full session details. A useful report identifies the event without exposing access to the account.

Before sending another message

Review Logs and Transactions if they apply to the question. Specific evidence makes a conversation easier to follow; repeated attempts without context can obscure the original event.
