Transactions help you understand the recorded outcomes of automation activity. Use them to move from a dashboard total to the specific conversion or withdrawal behind it.
Find a transaction
- Open Transactions from the workspace navigation.
- Use the available type and status filters to narrow the view.
- When investigating a particular run, use its automation, execution or correlation identifier where supported by the filters.
- Review the matching records and compare their status and values.
- Use the available CSV or XLSX export when you need a copy of the selected view for your own review.
Read results in context
A conversion and a withdrawal are different operations. Do not treat one as proof that the other completed. Review the relevant transaction status and the associated events.
If a record is missing
Check the active filters and identifiers first. Open Logs to understand whether the action was attempted, skipped or encountered a problem.
Your next step
Use the transaction together with its log context when contacting support. Include non-secret identifiers, not exchange credentials.
