Remove an automation when it no longer belongs in your routine. Deletion is a permanent action in the product, so first distinguish between stopping a rule temporarily and removing it entirely.
Before deleting
Review the automation name and saved configuration. If you may want to use the rule again, consider the available Pause action instead. Do not delete a rule simply because an execution needs investigation.
Delete the intended rule
- Open Automations and locate the correct card.
- Open its actions and choose Delete when available.
- Read the Delete automation? confirmation.
- Choose Cancel if the target or intention is uncertain.
- Choose Delete to confirm permanent removal.
Understand the boundary
The confirmation explicitly says the action cannot be undone. Deleting an automation is not a way to reverse an exchange conversion or withdrawal that has already occurred.
If you are troubleshooting
Start with Logs and Transactions and record the relevant non-secret identifiers. Understanding the event before removing the rule gives you better information for support.
